Product Features

Work steps

The spiral feeding machine lifts the material into the packaging machine bin, manually puts the packaging bag on the bag clamp, turns off the power switch to give a bag clamp signal to the control instrument, and the bag clamp automatically clamps the bag. The control instrument controls the spiral feeding mechanism to automatically fill and fill the material from the bin into the packaging bag. During the filling process, the feeding mechanism releases the material in three stages: fast, medium, and slow to ensure speed and accuracy. After reaching the preset packaging value, the bag clamp automatically releases and sends the packaging bag to the heat sealing machine for sealing, completing the packaging.
